Hi! My name is Channing Childs. Product Management Consult passionate about strategy, product operations and coaching
Denver, CO
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I headed to Texas for college and then spent a hot minute in Washington, D.C., before heading west to Colorado in 2012.
I thought I would have a rewarding career in marketing and social media, but I quickly learned my true calling was Product Management. I love crafting product strategies and working with teams to build engaging products. I also love teaching people about product management and how it can transform your mindset and your company. Consider me a PM cheerleader!
In April of 2021, we welcomed our first daughter, Callie, into the world. When I’m not working, you will find us exploring Colorado and traveling across the country to see my favorite band, Phish.

Objectives & Key Results
Implementing the OKR framework into company strategy and culture can be challenging, but it is also incredibly rewarding. By prioritizing OKRs, you can cut through the chaos and help your team focus on what really matters. When combined with a strong product vision and strategy, OKRs empower teams to prioritize discovery work and measure success against clear outcomes.
Your ways of working, team topology, and process are crucial to executing your product strategy. I can help build a product operating model that works for your team today and evolves as your team and product scales. Enabling teams to understand their product data, their customer needs, and the business goals needed to execute.
